Bakir's Fiefdom

Bakir rules the southwestern part of the valley, keeping the population obedient while handing out the regime's rewards to its supporters and its punishments to everyone else. He is an experienced warrior who enjoys cruelty, so the court activities filed under his name are the ones that spoil a punishment or a reward.
