Parlita

Parlita is a hamlet on the Boar's Back ridge, and the landmark other notes give directions from. It turns up in the valley's paperwork as a bearing rather than a destination: patrol warnings and clues place things near Parlita, including the uriashi blacksmith one quest sends you looking for.
