Here’s the list of components:
“(…) in order to make such an armour, one needs to acquire a few rare components: the moult of a large lizard, hard and difficult to pierce; a bundle of silk threads – strong and resilient; a flask of quicksilver, for tempering; and a relic of a saint, to imbue said armour with holiness….”

A List of Armour Components is a quest note that lays out the four rare components needed to craft a special set of armour, and hints at where each can be found:
