A Manumit Cache Note is a found item in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
Found this stash, ey? It belongs to us, the brave people fighting against the vrakhiri monsters. If you share our cause, feel free to take whatever you need.
But if you’re a vrakhiri lapdog or some pissant still thinking that we can’t overthrow those fuckers, keep your grubby fingers away. If you don’t, we’ll find you and cut them off.
