Denouncement is a notice in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
Let it be known that men and women who refer to themselves as “manumits” are guilty of many heinous crimes, including but not limited to: murder, assault, arson, theft, spilling holy vrakhiri blood, disrupting masses, as well as possession and malicious use of silver. They are known to torture and mutilate their victims.
Beware of these outlaws, and report any sightings thereof to soldiers of the Knyaz.
