Outpost Refugee’s Note is a quest note in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
The miasma is heading this way. Dead rats line the path. The rotten air follows soon after. It was a good plan, but the outpost is no longer safe.
Pack your things, tell the boys. We’re leaving first thing tomorrow morning. Before the sunrise.
Maybe we can outrun it. God willing.
