Regarding Prisoners is a quest note in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
Soldiers,
When transporting prisoners for draining, refrain from informing them about the nature of their imminent punishment. Best if they remain ignorant of what awaits – else they are likely to cause trouble. Enough blood has been spilled pointlessly, much to our boyar’s displeasure.
