Report on the Blood Guard is a found item in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
Discipline in the Blood Guard continues to deteriorate. Several members have grown increasingly volatile and have begun showing open aggression toward other garrisoned soldiers.
Since the death of Boyaress Xanthe, we have been unable to address their “needs”. Without a proper supply of sustenance, their behaviour is likely to worsen.
We respectfully urge the knyaz to intervene. He could turn some poor sob in the dungeons into a vrakhir only to drain him. Or that traitor from Laslea might serve the purpose, assuming we can capture him first.
