Reprimand from Bardil is a quest note in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
Makar,
You have fallen below the quota yet again. I know what it means – the collectors are slacking off, and I shan’t allow this. Provide as many barrels as agreed – and make sure they’re filled to the brim. And if I catch you thinning the blood with water ever again, I’ll make sure to add yours to make up for it.
