It looks like a group of bandits was behind stealing the shrine's heart. Now I should take a look around their camp and retrieve what they took.

I reclaimed the shrine's heart. Only thing left to do is return to the shrine and restore it.

Some bandits desecrated the shrine, probably hoping that the law would look kindly upon them for aiding the vrakhiri regime. I was able to reclaim the heart and restore the shrine to its former glory.
